At RA Tas, we're committed to providing vital Family Dispute Resolution services. As an FDRP, you'll play a key role in assisting separating or separated families navigate parenting and property arrangements. Your focus will be on facilitating respectful communication and ensuring the best interests of children and young people are prioritized.

We offer two exciting opportunities:

  • Qualified and Registered FDRP: Join our established team and leverage your expertise to empower families.
  •  Aspiring FDRP: We'll provide comprehensive training and support to help you achieve your FDRP qualification and registration.

Do you fit the bill?

  • A tertiary qualification and relevant experience in social sciences, psychology, law, or Family Dispute Resolution accreditation (training provided for the successful candidate)
  • Experience working with families facing complex challenges
  • A deep understanding of the impact of family separation on children
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A professional demeanour and strong work ethic
  • Experience in risk assessment and mitigation

Benefits:

  • Salary range 83,872 - 91,438 + Super / *Pro rata
  • Subject to your qualifications and years of relevant experience, a 5% loading may be applicable for this role
